What the name stands for
The work brings together electromagnetic sensing, applied mathematics, scientific computing and visual explanation. Its first obligation is to distinguish measurement from inference. Its ambition is to investigate what more can be learned from orbital observations without claiming more than the evidence supports.
The signal was always there. The research is to determine what it can tell us, what it cannot, and how a reader can judge the difference.
